Privacy Policy
At The Bedworks we respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information. The following are the only circumstances in which your personal information will be used:

1. Your credit card information will be shared with our credit card processing company for authorization.
2. Your delivery address will be shared with our shipping company.

If you choose to join our mailing list you should know that we do not make your e-mail or delivery address available to any other individuals or companies. 

SMS Messaging
No phone/mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Return Policies:

Damages:
The Bedworks works hard to package your product in a way that it will arrive safely at your door. We do ask that you inspect each package immediately upon receipt. If there is any evidence of damage (i.e. torn, ripped, opened or dirty boxes, or dents, dings or impressions in the packaging) you must report this to us at once. All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of package. We also ask that within 24 hours of receipt, you open and inspect all products for damages.

Returns:
Please call us at (207) 989-3233 if you have any reason to return a product to us. We will not accept any packages without prior return authorization. You will not receive credit for your returned merchandise unless there has been proper return authorization. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to the returned merchandise.

Re-stocking fees may be charged depending on circumstances.

Defective Products
In the event that you have a problem with any Bedworks products, please call us so that we can help resolve the problem in the most quick and efficient manner. If it is deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect by us, we will replace or repair the merchandise as quickly as possible.

Return Procedures:
Call for return authorization before sending any product back to The Bedworks.

After you have received a return authorization please follow these steps for returning product.

1. Please place all product back into the original packaging to ensure that there is no shipping damage incurred.
2. Please follow all shipping instructions that you have been given.
3. If you have any questions please call before sending your product back to us.
